Nurturing motherhood through Crystal Healing
As you know, one of my passions is Crystal Healing, and this offering extends to women navigating the beautiful yet challenging journey of motherhod. At my home based clinic, I provide a peaceful escape for mothers who may feel overwhelmed, sleep deprived or are just seeking a bit of respite. Each session is designed to promote relaxation and rejuvenation allowing you to take a much needed hour to fill your cup.
Motherhood is one of the most rewarding yet demanding journeys, and I believe that nurturing the Mind-Body-Spirit connection is essential for every mother. As a mother to three daughters aged, 26, 25 and 19 and a grandmother to my three beautiful moko's aged 5, 7 months and 10 weeks, I have navigated the high's and low's of motherhood. From sleepless nights and relentless multitasking to the exhaustion that often accompanies raising a large family combined with working full time, I understand the challenges of postpartum life and the demands of motherhood and managing a household, especially with toddlers, which can feel overwhelming at the best of times.
Reflecting on my journey, I often wish I had access to the support and services I now offer through COCO BAY. In hindsight, I realise how invaluable such resources would have been during my own experiences. This understanding fuels my passion for providing essential support for mothers and women alike. I have a number of incredible testimonials from women, many of whom are mothers that speak volumes about the impact of my healing sessions. I've also witnessed the benefits of my sessions by way of relaxation, realignment, and empowerment in the lives of my daughter's postpartum and motherhood journey.
